68, a Hudson , FL resident passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at his residence. He was born August 24, 1950 in Louisville, Ky. He is survived by his father, George T Garrett; his brother's Donald B Garrett and Ronald T Garrett; sister-in-law's Sarah Garrett and Mrs. Terry Novak; 5 nephews, 4 nieces, 7 great nephews, 9 great nieces, 4 great great nieces and many cousins. Mark was preceded in death by his mother, Geneva Garrett; his sister Karen Dickinson and niece Laura Garrett. He was best known as “Stevie” to his family and will be remembered for his illustrious imagination and great wit.
