Hugg, Bill, of Port Richey, died August 22, 2019. He was born in Wilmington, DE and moved to Florida in 1973. He is survived by his loving wife Barbara of 63 years, by children, Diane (Craig) Degenhardt, William, Jr. (Diana) and Pamela Barsky (Jon Svansson), six grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
