Amy Graff, 50, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on August 16th, 2025. She is survived by her parents Francis W. Graff and Christina Graff; brother Frederick (Zarah) Graff ; niece’s Chloe, Ella, and Sophie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

Amy and I were friends and colleagues since 2010. She was a rabid Steelers fan and was disappointed when I told her I didn’t “sport.” She tried her best to make me a fan. She was a supportive ESE teacher who wanted the best for her students. I’ll always remember her Steelers pride and her sense of humor in our conversations. She was a valued colleague and friend

Amy, you were a dear friend to me when I first started at Sunlake. Not only were you the best coteacher I ever worked with, but you also were one of the coolest people I’ve ever known. I will think of you always when I watch football, listen to the Deftones, and ear chicken wings. I will miss you dearly.

My condolences to the Graff family. You and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers. Even though we did not teach at the same school anymore, it was always good to speak to her when she came in for Penn State and Steelers games. You will be missed.

My heart breaks for Buzzy and Tina. Amy was a childhood friend of mine, sharing the love of our Pittsburgh Penguins. Amy and I along with Buzzy spent many evenings watching our Penguins win back to back Stanley Cups at the Igloo! I will forever cherish all the wonderful memories of Amy and my friendship, she was very special to me. I send my prayers to her family during this most difficult time.

Amy was one of my first Florida friends after moving from Chicago. We had many laughs, hugs & late night talks. I met Amy at Molly’s & we remained friends even after my employment ended there. I’ll never forget us laying on patio furniture cushions, staring at the stars, talking. I will cherish you forever, friend. Thank you for being sweet to me.

Amy and I shared an office at Sunlake for over 8 years. She was so helpful to me when I first entered the ESE department. She loved her hometown sports and made it clear that Pittsburgh had the superior teams. And forget about Superbowl Monday- that was a personal day! She was taken too early and will be missed. My deepest condolences to her Family.
