SFC Andrew Joseph Zaniewski Jr. (Ret), 63, born in South Amboy, NJ and grew up in Cliffwood Beach, (now Aberdeen) N.J. until entering the US Army at the age of 17, in 1972. Retired to Florida from the service 26 years ago. Started his own successful business “Foam Works” with his wife, Amy Jo who he married in 2001. He was an avid fisherman, and also loved to catch stone crabs, and made the best blue crab sauce. He is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Amy Jo Zaniewski; his canine, Lilly; mother, Catherine Brodbeck; brother, Kenneth Zaniewski; sister, Kathy Clark and extended family. A private cremation and inurnment will be made per his request. The family would like to thank Gulfside Hospice, his nurse, Mary Anne and Dr Florenda Fortner for their help, support and comfort in his final days in his beautiful home on the water.
