Betty Darlene Dowell, 64, of Port Richey, Florida, passed away on February 18th, 2024. She is survived by her children Stephanie (Levi Ayers) Dowell. Joshua (Rebecca) Dowell, and Rachael (Dillon Pachuca); one grandchild; as well as brother James; sister Vicki.
