Carol J. Mezzie, 76, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on May 12, 2026. She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Mezzie, III. She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Christie (Fernando de la Espriella); her son, Steven Christie; her grandsons, Devin Christie, and Dylan Christie. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 30th, at 1:00 p.m. at Dobies Funeral Home in Tarpon Springs, Florida. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the American Lung Association, the American Cancer Association, the Humane Society of Tampa Bay, or pet rescue/charity of your choosing.
