On May 8th, 1957, in Newark, New Jersey, Carol Kotatis came into the world. After a courageous six-month battle with cancer, surrounded by her loving family, she peacefully departed on February 25th, 2024. She is survived by her devoted husband of 50 years, Pandelis Kotatis, and their three children—Stephanie and Krystina Kotatis, and Maria Sinacsi. Carol leaves behind a legacy cherished by her phenomenal grandchildren: Pantelis Kotatis, Stephanie, and Nicholas Sinacsi; as well as her grand-fur babies: Niko, Nitza, Chloe, Kiki, Ruby, and Gus-Gus.
Her unexpected departure has left a profound void, deeply felt by her entire family and the vast network of friends and well-wishers within her community.

I’m heartbroken over this news. Carol was a beautiful soul who I met at the Publix pharmacy where she went out of her way to make sure all of my medication was correct. May Her Memory Be Eternal ☦️

I’m so very sorry to hear of Carol’s passing. She was and is a beautiful soul looking down on us as an angel. I had the privilege and honor of working next to her for many years at Publix. My condolences to her family, friends and everyone that was touched by her kind heart ❤️
