Catherine Sue Gregory, age 66, of Brandon, Florida, formerly of Medina, Ohio, passed away on October 29, 2025, in Land O’ Lakes, Florida. She was born on June 16, 1959, in Medina, Ohio, to the late Victor and Martha Gregory.

Catherine lived a life filled with faith, love, and perseverance. She attended Grand Rapids Baptist Bible College of Michigan, University of Akron in Ohio, and earned her Master of Business Administration from St. Leo University in Florida. She worked in banking and health care as an administrator.

For 30 years, Catherine bravely battled Multiple Sclerosis with courage and grace, never allowing her illness to define her. Through every challenge, she continued to uplift others, always ready with a smile, an encouraging word, and a reminder of God’s love. She kept Jesus on her lips and in her heart, never afraid to share the Gospel or her unwavering faith with her caregivers and those around her.

Catherine’s joy for life shone through in the little things she loved. She was an enthusiastic sports fan who proudly cheered for her favorite teams, the Tampa Bay Rays and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Always celebrating every win and staying loyal through every season.

She will be lovingly remembered by her sister, Cindy Wiltheiss, and her husband Sam Wiltheiss; her brother, Victor Gregory, and his wife Marsha Gregory. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Victoria Klein.

Catherine’s gentle heart and unshakable faith touched everyone she met. She will be deeply missed by her 5 nieces and 10 nephews, who will forever cherish her loving spirit, humor, and endless encouragement.

A private family service will be held in Rockford, Michigan to celebrate Catherine’s life and the faith that sustained her.

“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” – 2 Timothy 4:7

Rest in Peace my friend. I am so blessed to have been your caretaker and then friend. You are healed , and your body whole. I love you and the world will be a shade darker without you in it.
