I didn’t have any brothers growing up. I moved to Pasco about 15 years ago… shortly thereafter I found this wonderful family… Caesar was definitely someone I considered a brother from the first moment I met him. This is such a terrible tragedy… He will be greatly missed by everyone he’s ever touched… I love you CJ… you will be missed.. my condolences to his family… I love you all

In Memorial…My Deepest Condolences to the family and friends of Cesar. It pains me so for the sudden loss of a man who always greeted me with warmth and a smile. A man who made me feel like a friend that would give me the shirt off his back, if needed. A man who loved his children beyond reproach and always seemed to persevere through thick and thin. A man who always had respect for family, friends and acquaintances alike. A man taken too soon for a higher calling. God bless Farewell CJ R.I.P.
