Claire Ostrander, nee Perry, age 84, passed away peacefully on January 12^th, 2026. She was born on August 23^rd, 1941, in Fall River, Massachusetts. She was the youngest child and the only daughter of her parents John and Lillian Perry, who preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her brothers Jack, Tom and Paul.

In her young adulthood, Claire worked at Zales, where she met Arthur, the man who would become her husband and lifelong companion. She spent most of her adult life with a career in insurance processing. She loved time away with her husband camping and the many cruises they took together. She began sewing and loved to learn new techniques. She was also a member of the ladies’ club at Timber Greens in New Port Richey, Florida.

Claire is survived by her husband of 64 years, Arthur, and their daughters Gail Marshall of Lakeside, CA, and Christine Vierow (Jeff) of Spokane, WA; cherished grandchildren Jared, Jessica, Stephanie and Timothy; great-grandchildren Kayla, Sierra, Grayson and Maddy; her nephew Steven; as well as her second cousin Donna.

Her memory will remain a source of comfort and strength to all who knew her.

Funeral will be held at St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church at 11:00 am on February 3rd, 2026.
