80, of Belleair, Florida, passed away October 25, 2019. He is survived by his daughter, Tina Anfuso; son, Robert Blume; and his brother, John Blume.

My condolences to Charlie’s Family. I met your dad, father, brother when I moved to NY. Alway a great guy. I recently saw him at Dick Z. Party in September this year. It was great to see him. We had some great talks. I just found out tonight that he passed away. Sorry for your loss. He was a fixture in Port Washington.
