David Patrick Zumstein, 69, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on April 16th, 2026. He is survived by his daughters Danielle Dukes and Melissa Zumstein; grandsons Anakin Opdycke, Korben Opdycke and Revan Opdycke; as well as siblings Cindy Detherage, Douglas Zumstein and Jim Zumstein.

To the family of Dave,
I am very sorry for your loss. He was one of the best guys I’ve known in a very long time. He was full of life, laughter and joy. Knew how to put a smile on my face when I was down and out. I will miss and love him with all my heart and soul now and forever. You stole my heart Dave and I’m so glad you did. I wish we had more time together.
