Debra LaVon Overbeck Welch died in New Port Richey, Florida, surrounded by her friends and family on March 25th, 2024.
She was born on August 31st, 1954, in Jamestown, New York, to Bernard & Clarice Overbeck. Debbie was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Kenny Welch; both her mother and father; as well as stepson David Welch. She is survived by two sons Michael (Melissa) and Mickey Welch; stepson Todd Welch; brother Ricky Overbeck; sisters Patricia Haskins and Judy McNitt (Scott); nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
1st Celebration of Life is on April 1, 2024 at AFIRE 7540 Ridge Rd Port Richey, FL from 4-8, everyone is welcome
