Denise was born in St. Petersburg Florida to Betty and Hubern Russ. Denise is survived by her loving husband James Dunbar, her daughter Dawn Ringheisen, son in law Norman K. Ertel Jr., 3 grandchildren: Andres Garcia, Brian Garcia and Deanna Garcia, her brother Dennis Russ, sister in law Callie Russ, nephews: Denny Russ, Shane Russ and Kyle Russ, many great nieces and nephews as well as cousins.
Denise was a graduate of Gibbs High School class of 1975. She worked at Montgomery Wards for some time as well as Mt. Vernon Elementary as an assistant PE coach for many years. Her main role was a mother and housewife. Denise loved her family and her friends. She was a fighter, fighting for her life for the past 22 years battling illness after illness until she passed away. Denise was taken from us too soon.
The family is having a celebration of life on August 8th at 6:00pm at the Hampton Inn located at 100 East Bay Drive in Largo in Theater B and would love to have support during this difficult time.

I am so sorry for the loss of the wonderful woman,wife,mother,sister, and friend. She will be missed at the 45th reunion, I was looking forward to seeing her again. Prayers for the family, rest in peace Denise, until we see each other again. ðŸ™â¤ï¸
