Gartner, Donald “Edâ€, 56, passed away on June 16, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald Edward Gartner, and Barbara Lou Gerlacher. Ed is survived by his four daughters, Heather Clark, Barbara Lou Gartner, Samantha Sky Gartner, Katelyn Marie Gartner; one son, Chance Edward Gartner; three grandchildren; two brothers, Tim Postma, and Arthur Franz Hendriz Gartner; and one sister, Lydia Crider.

Eddie was a great guy. He worked for me many years ago and was a hard worker. Such was a great person and I am sure he will be truly missed.

I had so hoped to make it to Dobies on Fri but my schedule didn't let it happen. His smile and expression of love for life and his family was an inspiration. He will be missed.
