Frechette, Donald 67, of Port Richey, Florida passed away December 28, 2019. He is survived by wife Ruth Frechette; daughter Suzanne Latorre (Jeff Garretson), son Thomas (Heidi) Frechette; four grandchildren; brothers John and Robert Frechette; sister Dorothy Porter.
