Francis M. “Frankie” Downey III, 36, of Port Richey, Florida, passed away on September 4th, 2026. He is survived by his wife Marianne Downey; his daughters Kaelyn Downey and Paityn Downey; brother Travis Downey; parents Melissa (Chris) Childress and Francis M. “Frank” Downey, II and stepmother Traci Downey; sister Caitlin Downey; as well as grandmother Joan Malnichuck.
He was predeceased by his brother Dylan Downey.

Gone toooo soon–he was a great man and he loved his country -so sad, I m very sorry we did nt get to spend more time with him –I was looking forward to bringing more customers in to his establishment , my friend firefighter had great conversations – he was so excited for his place – )( God wanted him home ,,we never know why -God speed my friend, Rest in eternal peace
