PHIPPS, Franklin A. 90, of Holiday, Florida, died June 11, 2019. An army veteran- Korean Conflict. He is survived by his wife, Donna; children, Lewis, David, Derunda, Katherine; numerous grandchildren and great grand children; and three sisters.
