Lowell, Fred James, 68, New Port Richey, passed away Aug. 28, 2018. Fred was born January 15, 1950 in San Diego,CA and moved to Florida in 2012. He was a retired minister and technical support man in the medical field and was Protestant in faith. Fred is survived by his wife, Carol Clark; son, Jonathan Lowell; daughter, Kathrena Lowell; grandson, Tristan Lowell; sister, Cathie Neuber; stepchildren, Ralph (Melissa) Clark, Terry Clark and Lewis (Erin) Clark; 8 step grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, Sept. 9, 2PM at Clubhouse of Colony Cove Mobile Home Park.

May the good Lord give you and yours peace in the knowledge that Fred knew his Lord and Savior. He will be waiting for all his loved ones when we also leave this earth and join him in the heavens.

Dear Carol, I am so sorry for your loss. Your time with Fred was so short. I do hope that short was sweet and it must have been as he seemed so happy with you by his side. I prayed that he would have a longer life with you. It was not meant to be. You were a blessing not only to Fred; but to all of us. He did not want to be alone in his last days.
