Johansen, Gordon Leroy
81, was born in Hartford, Connecticut on December 5, 1938. He passed away quietly at home in New Port Richey, Florida, on the morning of May 19, 2020. His devoted daughter Kim J. Lewis was at his side during his battle and his passing.
Gordon now joins his wife Joan, and daughter Karen who predeceased him.
Gordon leaves behind his beloved grandchildren Elaine and Kenny Lewis; daughters Kim and Kathy; and his siblings Joyce, Larry, Sharon, and Sandra. Gordon also leaves behind his best friend Peter Coleman, in New Port Richey, Florida. THE halls of Valhalla welcome you Dad.

My grandpa i love and miss you. So many memories. You bought me my first horse and when you horse threw me…you said get back or you will never ride another one. At the time I thought you were being mean…. Now I understand. Im glad i came to see you this weekend. I will see you when i get home grandpa. Give grammy a hug for me please.

A special man with many talents, Gordon will always be remembered for his hardy laugh, warm hugs and diverse personality. Loved you, brother and always will.
