43, of Hudson, Florida, passed away October 14, 2019. She is survived by daughters Jasmine and Mya Lerner; father, John Jurkowski; mother Tamie Davis, stepfather Patrick Davis; maternal grandparents Janice and Dewayne Sharer; three sisters, Autumn Jurkowski, Micah and Jena Davis; two brothers, Connor and Joseph Davis; and uncle, Shawn Sharer.
