Jacklina F. Welch, 46, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on May 24, 2023. She is survived by her daughter Felicia Anderson of New Port Richey, Florida; her son John Felix Welch of North Carolina; and her brother James Gibson of Hudson, Florida.
