When I first met Jason, I did not like him at all. He was loud, obnoxious, and intentionally annoying. When he wanted to go for hangs after work, I could only think, “Is this guy serious?” But he was persistent. He wanted to be friends with me. I finally gave the dude a chance and figured him out. Sure, he was still loud, obnoxious, and sometimes annoying, but this man had a heart of gold and would do anything to make someone laugh or try to make their day better All he wanted was friends. The man absolutely loved his family. Any time on the phone with him, he's got his kids right beside him in the conversation. He had no filter on his words. He said what was on his mind with no care, and most of the time the things he would say were hilarious. It's true. Friends like Jason don't come along often. I will truly miss this guy.

I met Jason years ago playing baseball. Since then we became almost family. Which was huge coming from him since he cared so much about his family. We were always there for each other. He seemed to know what to say at the right time. He had his way of saying things. He was a unique individual. That’s what was so great about him. I will miss the conversations about life and family. I’ll miss the conversations about nothing just because we’re both driving around and wanted to talk. Most of all I’ll miss my friend. Rest in piece
