Jean Marie Haimalas, 69, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on October 21, 2021
Jean was born Feb. 13, 1952 in Geneva, Illinois . She is preceded in death by her parents, Arlo and Ardith Chapman and her youngest brother Jeff Chapman.
She is survived by her husband, George Haimalas; her sons, Andreas (Megan) Haimalas, and Fotis (Danielle) Haimalas; two grandchildren, Athena and Fotini; brother, John Chapman; and three sisters, Judy Gallagher, Joan Kapeteina, and Jennifer Chapman.
The family would like to thank the residents and staff at Magnolia Place, the Parish of St. George Greek Orthodox Church of New Port Richey, and Hospice. Thank you all!

Aunt Jean was one of the best aunts I could have ever asked for. She and her husband were there for me thru sickness and in health. I’m going to miss her so much.
