Joan Menke got her wings peacefully at home surrounded by family at 91 years old on January 22, 2022. She is survived by her loving husband, Chuck Menke as well as her 4 daughters: Linda, Diane, Beth and Cindy; 8 Grandchildren; 9 Great-Grandchildren; and beloved pup Toots. Joan will be forever remembered for her joy, faith, strength, kindness & love of family and community. She was president of The Ladies Guild at St Michael’s Church & sat on the board of Forest Woods Homeowners Association. Joan was always helping others both through her work with the church and on a more personal level. She loved animals and regularly donated to the SPCA. As her family struggles to step into the days ahead without our matriarch we remain forever grateful to have been loved by her, to have learned from her, and for the support system she built for us.
