Joseph “Joe†Renardo, 65, of Tarpon Springs, passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2019. Joe was born November 8, 1953 in Tarpon Springs to Anthony and Mildred Renardo. He was a graduate of Tarpon Springs High School and worked as a mailman for the Port Richey Post Office for several years after high school. Joe spent many years as a commercial fisherman and most recently worked for the parks department with the City of Tarpon Springs.
Joe is survived by his four children: Christie (Joey) Tartaglia, Ryan (Lauren) Renardo, Michelle (Bradley) Ragghianti and Kalei Renardo; his former wife, Carol; three grandchildren who were his pride and joy: Joey, Charlotte and Ellby; and 3 grandbabies on the way whom he was beyond excited to meet in February, April and May; 3 sisters and 1 brother-in-law: Carolyn and Billy Hewett, Antoinette Fernandez and Esther “Preshey†Giannulis; 9 nieces and nephews; many cousins and extended loving family and friends.
Family, friends and all are invited to celebrate his life, support his family and reminisce on Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 5-7pm at Dobies Funeral Home in Tarpon Springs.
