Balmer, Josephine “Joey”, 71, of Holiday, FL and formerly of Waterford, MI, died suddenly April 10, 2018. She is survived by husband, Edward Richardson; sons, Ronald (Colleen) Balmer, Melvin Balmer; stepchildren, Dean (Lynne) Richardson, Carol (Chris) Gately; mother, Helen Opdenhoff; siblings, Kristine (James) Hamilton, Roberta Diaz, David (Barbara) Opdenhoff and Richard (Kay) Opdenhoff; 7 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren
