Dear Karen, Jane and Michele,

We are thinking of you at this time, even though sometimes death is a blessing as there is no more suffering, we know it is still hard to lose you Mother. I know she is in heaven with Mr. Daniel and all her family and friends.

Love,
Paula and Kevin Starek

Ryan and Ryan’s Mom (Jane), you shared so many stories about Joy (admittedly you always just referred to her as “grandma”) with me over the last 20 years. I found it cute and flattering that she would ask about “Ryan’s Girlfriend”. I’m glad she experienced all these years with family near her as she went through life. Not everyone is that lucky. Over the coming weeks, months, or even years you’ll feel emotions that you didn’t know existed within you. Every time you laugh or cry, just remember that’s Joy’s way of making sure you know she’s always around and in your heart.
