79, of Port Richey, Florida, passed away February 27, 2020. He is survived by his wife, Madeline; children Koreen and Richard; four grandchildren; and one brother.

I just found out that Juan passed away and offer my sincere condolences to his family and friends. We were cops together in the NYPD, TPF 9th squad in the 60's. We conversed by phone monthly aver the last year or two and enjoyed great conversations. I will miss him.
