JUANITA JUNE WOODRING, 96, of Spring Hill, FL and formerly of Evansville, IN left this earth to join her Heavenly Father on January 4, 2019. She was known to her family and friends as June and was nicknamed “Junebug”. She was known to many simply as Mamaw. She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Woodring, her parents, Elsie and Leonard Diehl, and a Grandson, George William Germann. She is survived by her children, Marsha Haire of Boonville, IN and Leanne Germann of Spring Hill, FL and their spouses, Terry Haire and George M. Germann. She has four living Grandchildren, Theresa Haire, Suzanne Haire (Scott Dirlam), Amy McKnight (Chris McKnight) and Jeff Germann (Jessica Virginia). She has four great grandchildren, Jessica Haire, Jon Haire, Aaron Haire and Stephanie Haire (Josh Shinn) and six great, great grandchildren, Brendyn Haire, Kailyn Haire, Ariel Haire, Brahm Haire, Karson Burkes and Javen Shinn.
Before moving to Florida, June was a member of Oak Hill Presbyterian Church in Evansville, IN. After relocating to Florida in 1999, June was a member of First Baptist Church of New Port Richey until relocating to Spring Hill in 1998 where she attended Spring Hill United Church of Christ. For years, she and Bill bowled in leagues both in Evansville, IN and again in New Port Richey, FL. She was a former PTA President and a Girl Scout Leader in Evansville, IN. She retired from Innisbrook Resort in Palm Harbor, FL after working there for 27 years. She was a member of Stage West Community Playhouse in Spring Hill for many years. One of her most proud accomplishments was getting her driver’s license for the first time at the age of 54.
June was a kind and compassionate person. To know her is to love her. She will be greatly missed by those she loves and those that love her.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 11, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Thomas B. Dobies Funeral Home, 9944 Hudson Ave., Hudson, FL 34669 and service will be held at the funeral home on January 12, 2019 at 10:00 am with a graveside service at Grace Memorial Gardens on US 19, Hudson, FL immediately following.

I'm so sorry for your loss.June was a great lady. I loved taking care of her at Forest Oaks. When I was down she always made me laugh and forget about why I was down. I will really miss her and loved her. Best to you and the family.
