Julien (Scott) Colvin, 70, of Port Richey, FL passed away on September 22, 2025. Born in Washington County, Pennsylvania on September 15, 1955, he grew up in Clearwater, FL and graduated from Northwood University in Michigan with an Automotive Marketing degree. He worked as an Automotive Parts Manager for 40+ years in the Tampa area and surrounding counties.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank R. & Margot L. Colvin, his brothers Tom and Jim Colvin, and his sister Evelyn Colvin Montgomery. He is survived by his daughter Kelly (Evan) McLauchlin of Bradenton, FL, and his son Matthew (Kallie) Colvin of Odessa, FL.

He will be laid to rest in Clearwater, FL with his brother Tom. Date and time for a celebration of life is to be determined & will be announced when confirmed.
