Larry was born in Knoxville, TN. He later moved to New Port Richey from Stuart, FL.

Larry was a US Army veteran of Desert Storm and the Gulf War. He was also a disabled, self-employed automobile mechanic.

Survived by wife Anne; sons Corey and Nicolas Howards of Knoxville, TN; step sons Codi Folsom (Lani) of Millington, TN. and Austin Doyle of New Port Richey; 3 grandchildren Sam, Jack, Warren; Mother Mary Mizell; siblings James Howard, John Chestnut, Patricia Howard all of Knoxville, TN.
