Marlies Brown Karpowicz, 68, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on February 21st, 2026. She is survived by her husband Paul E. Karpowicz; siblings Mihcael Brown and Linda Guadalupe; as well as her loving cat “Pretty Girl”.

Rest in Peace, Sis….
We have shared so many wonderful memories together, which I will keep in my heart and thoughts till we are together again. There will be an indelible “hole” in our extended family that is impossible to fill. You were always the center of the family with your genuine love, care and goodness.….mixed in with your infectious humor. No one will be able to take your place.
We were eachother’s biggest advocates and were always there for one another in challenging times. Each day is a bit harder to get through without you in our world….but I am truly thankful to have had a sister like you for these short 68 years!!!! God bless you and keep you in his arms, so you’ll suffer no more.
