Carey, Melanie D went home to her heavenly father on June 6, 2021.

Melanie is survived by her loving husband Nicholas Carey of Hudson, 2 daughters Kyley and Makiyah Hutcheson both of Hudson, mother, and father Alfred and Kathryn Truitt of Palmetto, brother Ron Helm (Jessica), Anne Popp (Rob), Brandi Urban all of Bradenton; as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A gathering of family and friends will take place at the Dobies Funeral Homes Hudson Chapel 9944 Hudson Avenue Hudson, Fl. on Saturday, June 12, 2021, from 2:00 to 3:00 PM. A celebration of life will follow at 3:00 PM.
