Nancy T. Downey, 94, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on November 27th, 2025. She is survived by her children Kerry Lynn (David) Rice and Kraig (Cheryl) Downey, Sr; grandsons Kraig (Alessa Stuber) Downey II and Brett (Heather) Rice; as well as five great-grandchildren.
