Nell DeTalent, 80, passed away on July 6th, 2024 in Hudson. She was born in Alabama but lived most of her life in Tarpon Springs, Florida. She was a strong, authentic, and loving mother of five children: Jimmy, Charlie, Kathy, James, and David. She has twelve grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Grandma Nell I’m sorry I didn’t come see you more. I keep thinking about you and I regret it sooo much. I will never forget when we was kids and got to come over and see you and grandpa John Skeeter and the surprise visit from Uncle Jimmy and Uncle Charlie. I will forever cherish those memories. I love you give My Bubba Uncle’s Jimmy Charlie and skeeter grandpa John Mawmaw and Pawpaw and Uncle Clyde a great big hug for me. Its never goodbye its I will see you later. Rest Easy xoxo

Love you grandma wish we had more time together while you were still here. The time we did spend together though I will never forget. You are a very strong woman. I love the stories you would tell me about my dad uncles and aunt. Even though you are not physically here you have a special place in my heart and I’ll see you again one day!
