94, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away January 6, 2020. He is survived by his children, Deborah, Vivian, and Neville; his grandson, Paul; and his brother, John.

I had the absolute pleasure of transporting Neville to and from the Cares lunch site for several years. He was very polite and an overall delightful man. Myself and the other passengers enjoyed his company and looked forward to seeing him everyday. Whenever Neville stepped outside of his home and walked to the vehicle, no matter the weather conditions, he would always say ” Today is such a beautiful day!Those words would always brighten my day. He will be missed dearly.
