Noland, “F. Stuart” 85 of Tarpon Springs, FL. passed away December 19, 2020. He was born in Tulsa, OK. on January 13, 1935. He is survived by sons Scott (Sara), Blake (Joellen), Jeffrey; daughter-in-law DeeAnn Dominy; 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his eldest son Allen, and his loving wife of 34 years Patricia Ann. Memorial service to be held at a later time.
