Oma “Jane” Simons, 76, of Holiday, Florida, passed away on July 9th, 2026. She is survived by husband Dennis Simons; brother Harvey Lechleidner; son Joe (Missy) Wooten; daughter Melissa (Lonnie) Westerman; stepson Curtis Simons; as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great- grandchildren and many nieces and nephew whom she loved.

Heaven has welcomed an extraordinary soul, as Mom’s spirit soared to eternal heights, watching over us with love. Though my heart aches knowing she won’t be physically present to offer comfort, her legacy remains etched in my heart forever. Now, she rests in the Lord’s loving arms, reunited with my sister Denise, brother Jim, nephew Trent, and all cherished loved ones who preceded her. Freed from cancer’s cruel grip and the torment caused by Monjaro, she finds serenity. I pray for resilience for those of us left behind, holding onto faith that we’ll reunite in heaven’s paradise. What an incredible blessing she was as my mother! May her memory continue to inspire peace.
