Ourania (Anna) Savidakis, 84, of Tarpon Springs, Florida, passed away May 21st, 2023. Anna was born on November 10th, 1938, to Hristos and Helen Meletes in Burlington, Vermont. Anna was a long-time employee of the state of Connecticut, retiring to Florida in 1996.
The loving wife, mother, and grandmother is survived by her husband of 62 years Fredericos (Erick); her four children Helen Spinoso, Michael (Debra), Elizabeth, and Rick (Susan); and her grandchildren Sebastian, Maria, Maggie (Aaron), Torrie (Matt), Joanna, Erick, and Alexa. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Anna was predeceased by her parents; brother Steve; brothers George and Dimitri; and sister Chrisanthi.
Visitation will be held on Thursday May 25th, 2023, from 5 to 7 pm, at Dobies Funeral Home, 701 E. Tarpon Avenue Tarpon Springs, FL 34689
Funeral will be held on Friday May 26th, 2023, at 11 am, at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 36 N Pinellas Ave., Tarpon Springs, FL 34689. Burial will follow at Curlew Hills Memory Gardens, 1750 Curlew Rd, Palm Harbor, FL 34683
