Morris, Patricia J. (Patty), 91 of Tarpon Springs, FL passed peacefully into the Lord’s hands on Sunday June 14, 2020. Patty was born In Cincinnati, Ohio to Norma and Franklin Reilly on February 10, 1929. While attending Seton Catholic High School she was highly active as both editor in chief of the school newspaper and head cheerleader and met and later married her high school sweetheart, Robert L. Morris in 1950. They remained in the same home raising their three children until June 2000 at which time they relocated to Palm Harbor, FL. Patty, energetic and full of love, was totally devoted to her family, friends and church. Patty’s deep religious beliefs were also passed on to hundreds of children she instructed for over three decades as a volunteer catechism teacher at St. Bartholomew in Cincinnati and St. Ignatius of Antioch in Tarpon Springs. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert Morris; sister, Nancy Nostrand; brother Franklin Reilly; son-in-law, Phil Saccomanno and daughter-In-Law, Jillian Morris. Patty is survived and deeply mourned by her children; Terry Saccomanno, Janet Schmidt (Bob), and Gary Morris. Grandchildren; Kristin Schmidt, Tricia Saccomanno, Joseph Schmidt (Ariel) and Robert B. Schmidt (Marianne); sister-in-law Toni Reilly; nieces Diana Knipper, Laura Gentry and several great nieces. Patty’s services will begin with a wake at Dobies Funeral Home, Tarpon Springs on Friday June 26th from 6-8 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at 11 am on Saturday June 27th at St. Ignatius of Antioch. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Suncoast Hospice Care Center North Pinellas in memory of Patricia. Patty’s contagious smile and loving spirit will live within our hearts forever. went to Our Lord on Sunday,June 14,late afternoon peacefully.
Patricia had been brought to a Hospice facility for a week or two earlier.

“Patty” Morris married Robert L. Morris who loved her Reilly family and the next generation to have all the children and parents close to grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Our Dear Mom spent many Sundays and evening classes with children teaching Catholic studies in groups.

We are celebrating the amazingly joyful spirit of Patty while mourning her loss. Our deepest condolences to Patty's family who were very devoted to her well being. I had the honor of being her companion at Walton Place this past year and will miss her terribly.

To the family of Patti. I only met Patti thru Pat Gascon. I went to the assistant living with Pat.she was a warm and loving and kind woman. I know today she is dancing with Jesus.

It was such a pleasure to work with “MoM” this past year. She was such a ray of sunshine. She is truly missed. Her big blonde curls. Colorful jackets. Her cute fashion accessories. And her big smile. Sending my love, thoughts, and prayers to you all.
