Patricia (Pat) Ann Trefethen (Doughty) born May 3, 1950 in Bangor Maine, passed away October 19, 2018 peacefully at home in New Port Richey, FL with her family by her side. She is preceded in death by husband Rick and Brother Charles F. Doughty III.
In her earlier years she worked for A.L. Stewart and Sons and then moved on to Central Maine Power until she moved from Portland, Maine to Leesburg, Florida in 1987. She continued her education in Florida where she graduated with an AA degree in Criminal Justice and then went on to work for the City of Leesburg. After early semi-retirement, she worked for the Lake County building department in helping the elderly and low-income families in rehabilitating homes. Later she went on to sell real estate as a hobby. After her late Husband (Rick) passed she moved in with family in a quaint mother-in-law suite to relax and enjoy her family. She was passionate about many things, from making miniature dollhouses, painting, sewing, cruising and playing bingo. She was a dedicated member to the Friends of Bill W for more than 42 years where she sponsored dozens of women to whom became lifelong friends.
She leaves behind and will be sadly missed by Daughters; Kelley (Mike) Bouchard, Tracey (Bill) Campman, Brother Daniel (Wendy) Doughty. Grandchildren Tanya (Ari) Friedman, David (Savannah) Campman, Nicole Bouchard, Matt Bouchard and Zoe Campman. Great Grandchildren; Brooklyn, Liam, Kylee, Charlie, Eliana, Leigha and Nephews; Hayden and Dallas.
Celebration of Life will be held Saturday October 27, 2018 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at Rose’s Bistro Off Main Street, 6238 Grand Blvd. New Port Richey FL. Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served. (Casual)
