Phyllis Ann Woods, 84 of Spring Hill Florida passed away unexpectedly on December 24, 2025.
Born on September 9, 1941, in Chicago Heights, Illinois. Phyllis was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She retired from the city of Tarpon Springs after 27 years. She enjoyed spending time with family, cooking, playing games and the Hard Rock.
She is survived by her four children Janet Harding, Toni Perkins, Anthony Komer, Mary Komer, spouse, Kelly Arnold, Jeff Arnold spouse; grandchildren, Heather Harding, Heath Harding, Jacob Perkins, Alec Perkins, Carly Perkins spouse, Amanda Taylor, Cara Komer, Kyle Komer, Bo Arnold, Phillip Arnold; great grandchildren, Layla Harding, Anthony Harding, Kaylee Papciak, Bo Allen Arnold, Aiden Arnold, Jaxon Arnold, Roman Harding, Joey Bonelli; as well as her sister Darlene (Arthur) Laughery.

Phyllis,
I was heartbroken to hear of your passing on Christmas Eve. Although many years have come and gone since I saw you last, I have always held such great respect for you. You were always so kind to me and my family whenever we came to visit with you and my best friend and hunting buddy, Jim. I will remember your generosity, your humor and the way you made people feel. I know you cared deeply for your family and friends and that you have left an imprint on everyone fortunate enough to cross your path. While my heart is heavy with the loss of someone so dear, I feel grateful to have known you and that I will see you on the other side.
