Phyllis Kaye Burke was born on August 7, 1949, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Phyllis was married to Robert Burke. She was the mother of Ralph Littlejohn Jr. and Rachel Cummings, and mother-in-law to Jason Cummings. She was also stepmother to Dawn Schwendeman and her husband, Rob Schwendeman.

She was grandmother to Tyler Cummings, Brandi Cummings, Dylan Littlejohn, and Garrett Littlejohn, and great-grandmother to multiple great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her sister, Ginny Russell.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, George Franklin Finley and Irene Matilda Eriksson Finley, and by her brother, Tall Finley.

She will be remembered by her family and all who knew her.
