I came to know Richard a few years ago when I moved to Tiki village and became his next door neighbor. He was easy to get to know and was a pleasure to be around. With his soft and quiet demeanor he was a pleasure to talk to and was polite and well rounded. I could only be so lucky to get another neighbor so nice as Richard. He is missed. My condolences to his family. Respectfully, Jeff Routson
