Leah ...Daughter... general Pain in the ass

My Father, Dad , Robert Passed away last week. It saddens me greatly, he was a good man and taught me many things. With his hearing loss phone calls were a challenge and covid has restricted travel for visits.
I have always been far from family and I know my children could have learned much from him – my dad Merrill and my mom Joan. The greatest thing that they taught me is even tho they were divorced they still all remained friends. Holidays and events with everyone when possible, was a huge lesson. They all got along beautifully. I was even sent a recent pic of mom and dad having dinner together.
Dad was a really laid back guy and he was Blessed that his son Ben took great care of him.
Words escape me…Memories of my son casey with his grandpa Bob learning about the birds was wonderful.
I know his Beloved Birds, Puppies and other Loved ones are with him now .
Till we see each other again!
