Dear Fred, Michael and Family,
My prayers and love go our to you and your family. Terrie was an amazing person, that will live in my thoughts and prayers. We shared many tearful days, most from laughter and just plain silliness, and some sadness from life. I am thankful that I had got time to know and share with you, Mike and Terrie so many years of those good and not so good days.
Be in peace and comfort, knowing she is loved, and while reminiscing those times.
Love to you, Liz

In Loving Memory of Our Beloved Terrie Jones

To her loving family, Fred, Michael, Gene and Stanley,

Some people enter our lives with such grace and kindness that you feel heaven must have placed them there. Terrie was that gift to us.

She was the very first neighbor to ring our doorbell when we moved in—standing there with a handmade nest-like basket filled with bluebirds and robins, hand towels, wine, and candles. It wasn’t just a welcome gift; it was an embrace. In that moment, I knew instantly that we weren’t just gaining a neighbor—we were gaining family. Terrie became our sister, our confidante, our safe place. And she loved not only Ed and me, but even our cats, Zackary and Babie, as if they were her own.

Terrie opened her heart to us in every season of life. She invited us into her Christmas mornings, where her son Michael would joyfully open what felt like a hundred presents, the room filled with excitement, laughter, and love. Weekend last minutes excursions and getaways, as Fred insisted – come with us and leave the yard work behind. The countless laughs, and tender, sweet moments we all shared, these won’t ever be forgotten and will live on in our hearts. In fact, these memories live in technicolor—warm, bright, and unforgettable.

These past weeks have been unbearably hard for all of us who loved her. Our hearts are heavy, our tears constant, because losing someone like Terrie means losing a piece of home. But even in this sorrow, we hold tight to the blessing of having had her in our lives. Her generosity, her spirit, her tenderness—these remain with us forever.

Terrie was a rare and radiant soul. We loved her deeply. We love her family. And though our hearts are broken, we know her light is still with us, guiding us the way she always did.

Rest in beautiful peace, dear Terrie.
You will always be our family.

With all our love and deepest condolences,
Your Fishhawk Neighbors and Family,
Eddie & Hilda Salerno

Dear Fred,
We thought that the service was at 1pm instead of 12 pm. So sorry to have missed it. We didn’t know Terrie very well, but we are very sorry for your loss.
Sincerely,
Chic and Tabatha Cicero
Your neighbors and friends
