Thuy Bich Pham, 69, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on August 15th, 2026. He is survived by his wife Yen Le; daughters Xuan Pham, Hoa Pham and Tuyet Pham; sons Dat Pham and Duy Pham; as well as nine grandchildren.
