William B. Lucas, 84, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on January 23rd, 2022. He is survived by his wife Cynthia Lucas; daughter Rene Greene; granddaughter Maddison Johnson; and sisters Elizabeth Lucas and Rebecca Hathaway.
