It is with great sadness that we share that William “David” Hart, a husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to many passed away on June 7, 2024, one day shy of his 76th birthday. We are comforted in knowing that he is at peace after struggling to recover from a stroke on September 27, 2020.

David was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia on June 8th, 1948, but settled in Florida at the age of thirteen. He was a brilliant and extraordinary man. He was married to Linda Hart for just short of 50 years. Together, they built a devoted and loving life and raised three children: Brian (Amanda) Hart, Scott (Misty) Hart, and Kerrie Cuffe. David always prioritized his family first, whether it was coaching soccer or providing amazing family vacations and experiences that have left lasting impressions and memories with those he deeply loved. David was an exemplary role model to his children and all of those who knew him well, demonstrating a strong work ethic, a life marked by his determination and dedication, and co-founding Heartland Title in 1977 with his beloved wife. He was a proud member of the community and recently received his 50-year pin for being a Mason. He was an avid sportsman who loved the outdoors.
